Hi, it’s Ian from iTechworld, this is our Friday video at 3:30 pm WA time we are doing a live video. This week we want to talk about our iTech400a coming back into stock. We are just going to run through the product and go through every single component of it. People have been waiting anxiously for it, probably over 100 people are waiting for it. We shipped them all out yesterday, you should have received them today or early on Monday.Most people have called to say they have got them already. So when you receive your iTech400A it will come in this box. The first thing you notice on the back is the item is covered by Alliance Insurance. So it’s fully insured up to 2 million dollars in US with Alliance insurance. All the information is on the back. So if we open the box up and inside the box you will see a nice leatherette case for the iTech400a. If we unzip, we can see all the different components for the iTech400a. So the first thing is the unit itself. It’s yellow and has the iTechworld branding on it. This can do 400 cold cranking amps and can start any petrol vehicle. It’s one of our best sellers! The features on the unit itself is a USB port and a torch. One of the main questions people phone up about is how to turn the torch on. It's simple once you know how! You hold the power button in, and the torch turns on. Press it again and it blinks, press it again and you get an SOS, and press it again and it turns off. Also on the front, you get a battery indication so you know if it needs to be recharged of if it’s charged. 4 blue lights mean its charged, again other than that it's not fully charged. To charge the unit, you can charge it on 12 volts with this cigarette adaptor. Simply stick it in your cigarette socket in your car, 4WD or caravan and charge from that directly.Or if you have got mains power or a generator, you can charge it by 240 volts.That’s the two ways to charge the unit. The length of time it takes to charge it when it’s completely flat to take about 5 hours on either 240 or 12 volts. The next piece of equipment inside is the female cigarette socket which you can put directly into the iTech400a. This gives you the 12-volt socket. What this means is that you can run 12-volt devices directly from this and it will run it for a short period of time. The next and probably the most important piece of the iTech400a is the jumper leads. They plug into the same spot that the 12-volt socket was in. This what you use to jump start your vehicle. So this will kick over any petrol car, it will get you start and get you out of trouble. It also has a little bit of protection in there so you can’t over charge anything. Last but no least, we have an accessory pack. So using the USB point on the iTech400A, you can plug this directly in. The lights will come on here, so you can keep an eye on the battery level. You have got the Samsung Galaxy, mini USB, iPad, iPod, the iPhone. If you have a device that doesn’t use these, then take the USB cable from the device and plug it directly into the unit. Last week we got a lot of comments on our video for the generator where people wanted to see it loaded up so we have got a 2-kilowatt air conditioner in our up star is office/kitchen and what we have done is we have run the air conditioner to the generator outside. Have a look on here we have set it to 16 degrees and that’s as low as it can go. This is a 2-kilowatt Kelvinator air conditioner. You can probably look out the window, outside we have the generator so we will just go down stair and you can listen to the noise level. So the generator is 7 metres away, roughly, and that the noise level you can expect from the 3.8kva as it’s running a 2-kilowatt air conditioner from upstairs. So I hope that helps a lot of people who wanted to see it running an air conditioner. We have it running an air conditioner right now and let’s go up and have a look. Even when you’re standing next to it, you can hardly hear it. It won’t make a great deal of noise. It is one of the quietest generators available. There’s the air con up there! Now we are going to run some other appliances on it, we will run a toaster. And another one! You can see that the noise level doesn’t really change from item to item. The revs adjust to the load. So it has automatic overload protection. Some of the other features with the generator, you can charge12-volt batteries directly from it. One of the most important things is that it's fuel injected and you don’t get some of the issues that other generators have when you leave them for a long period of time and they don’t start. Hi, it’s Ian from iTechworld and today we are going to talk more about the 400 Amp Jump Starter. The reason we want to talk more about it is because a lot of people have left comments and feedback on our website or in the review section. They have been saying they have got the unit but haven’t used it to its full potential. So we are going to have a look at what this unit can do and see what its full potential is. Another thing people have been asking it what separates us from other products they find online. There are a couple of things that we just want to address. Obviously, you get a higher quality product. The main difference from our jump start to ones we have found online is the power supply. This is the power supply that we provide, with the 400 Amp Portable Jump Starter and this is Australian approved. You can tell its Australian approved because you have this logo on it and the pins here have some rubber on it for protection. We make sure that the quality control on this is excellent and we have this all approved by the Australian Government and it’s all approved. Some of the ones we found online look really similar but it isn’t because it doesn't have that mark on it for approval and it also doesn’t have the rubber on the pins here. What does that mean? It means that there is a chance that this because it’s not Australian approved, it’s not safe and could cause a fire so it's a fire hazard. So that’s the difference between our product and some of the other ones you will find online. So that was just to clarify the difference between our products and others. So with this unit the full potential, we obviously know from a video we filmed a few weeks ago that it can start any petrol car. The full potential is unlimited really! What we are going to do is show you something it can do and maybe you have not thought about. We have got a 1500 power inverter we can plug directly into the unit and switch it on, that basically converts the 12-volt power from this battery and turn it into 240 volts. You can then put a power board into the inverter, that means you can run two 240 volt appliances directly from this little battery bank jump starter. You can charge laptops, you can charge all 240-volt stuff from this. At the same time, you have your laptop running, you can have your phone charging at the same time and you can have all your other smart devices on there as well. So not only can you run everything 12 volts directly from it, you can actually run an inverter from this, invert the 12-volt power into 240 volts and then you can run laptops, speakers, all your household stuff directly from this unit. So you would make a pretty powerful portable power station that you can take anywhere. The beauty of this you can then charge it up again on 240 volts or you can charge it up from your car on 12 volts. So that was to answer a lot of the reviews on the website. Everyone says that they have the unit, it’s excellent, they are happy with it but they haven’t used it to its full potential. We were really interested to find out what the full potential is so we thought we would test it out on a 1500 watt inverter and it runs great. IAN: Hi this is Ian from iTechworld, today we are going to look at our new 400 cold cranking amp jumpstarter. A lot of people have seen the previous video and wanted to see one of these in action. So we have spent all morning draining the battery from one of the worker’s here car. If you have a look we have drained it down to just about 11 volts. What we are going to do now is put the jump starter on and start it up. So first of all, we connect the cable to the battery. And then we connect the cables to the unit. (Phil starts the car) Easy! Once you have started it you remove the cables. Now it’s jumped up to 13.4 volts. And that's how you use the iTechworld Jump Starter!
