HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you need to return an iTechworld product, we're here to help. You can download our easy-to-use Return Authorisation form HERE, which includes everything you need to know to ensure a smooth process.

Before you send anything back, please be sure to double-check that the product is faulty. If you're not sure, no worries - just reach out to our friendly tech support team and we'll help you diagnose the issue.

For generator returns, please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. We're happy to help you organise return freight via the major freight companies - just email us at service@itechworld.com.au for more details and quotes.

At iTechworld, we strive to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible. We want to make sure you are aware of our terms and conditions, which act as a contract between you and iTechworld, in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law. We promise to keep the terms and conditions fair and transparent, and we will work with you to come to an agreement if you require any variations. By purchasing an item from us, you are accepting our terms and conditions in full. If you do happen to notice any errors or omissions in our item listings, please let us know, and we'll be happy to correct them before dispatch. If you're buying an item for resale, we kindly ask that you notify us in writing.

Our price beat guarantee is another way we're committed to making sure you get the best deal. If you find an identical item advertised on our website at a lower price elsewhere, let us know before you make your purchase, and we'll beat it! Please note that second hand marketplaces cannot be considered as part of our price beat guarantee.

We take pride in the quality of our products, and any modifications made to them will void the warranty. When your package arrives, please check that all parts and accessories are included. If anything is missing, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll work to make it right. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace missing parts after that time period has elapsed.

30 DAY CHANGE OF MIND GUARANTEE

We want you to be completely happy with your iTechworld purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a store credit. Please note that refunds are not available for change of mind purchases. To qualify for the return, the product must be returned to us within 30 days of the dispatch date and in its original undamaged packaging, including all accessories. A small 10% restocking fee applies for items returned in the original packaging, and a 30% restocking fee applies for items returned without the original packaging or accessories. To receive the store credit, you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping. Once we receive the product and confirm that everything is in good condition, we will issue you a store credit for the amount you paid for the product, less any initial delivery charges.     WARRANTY & RETURNS

    At iTechworld, we stand behind our products and offer a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). We're committed to ensuring you receive products that are free from defects in materials and/or workmanship, and we're proud to back up our products with a warranty that's in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you do need to return a product, we're happy to help with Australia Post return labels and quotes on freight via the major freight companies.

    We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so it's important to note that the warranty doesn't cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes, or damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
