I have installed the whole package into my new caravan and have been really impressed with every part supplied. My install is only connected to the vehicle power when driving by using a changeover switch. The install was made with added features which enable me to remove the battery and inverter and transferred to my 4x4 when the caravan is not being used. Both caravan and 4x4 feature connections for solar input as well for further flexibility. My need for the extra power is due to 2 people using Apnia machines as well as 2 refrigerators so extra capacity was needed for extended stays away from power. A generator could have beed an option but this package means no fuel, no noise and happy neighbours. Thank you ItechWorld.

Great product. Only grip I have is I was sold an itechworld 3000 watt inverter that wouldn't work with the inverter cable & the 3000 watt inverter. Was told after that it would only work with a 1600 watt inverter. I ended up purchasing a 1600 watt inverter from a projector dealer. When I rang up to find out about my refund from itechworld I talked to a consultant that knew his stuff & he assured me that I could use a 2000 watt inverter with the plug and play system. I tried to get a refund from projector for the 1600 watt inverter so I could get the 2000 watt. They wouldn't, they would only give me an instore credit. So in the end I paid the difference & got the 2100 watt inverter, from projector. Works a dream & I've ample power to power up what I need. If the technology I 1st had dealings with at itechworld new his stuff I wouldn't have had this dilemma. Ended up costing me about 3 to 4 hundred more with postage & the upgrade that I didn't need to do. Itechworld did give me a voucher for $100 for my troubles, but this was to me still inadequate. Their products however a very good. Now that I have this system running I'm pretty stoked how it all works.
