iTechworld Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

   This iTechworld 200W Solar Blanket Giveaway ("the Giveaway") is organised by iTechworld. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

   The Giveaway is open to all individuals, residing in Australia, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of iTechworld, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the Giveaway.

3. ENTRY

   The Giveaway will commence at 00:01 (AWST) on 6th October 2023 and all entries must be received by 23:59 (AWST) on 13th October 2023 (the "Giveaway Period"). To enter the Giveaway, submit your email address on the Giveaway entry page during the Giveaway Period.

4. THE PRIZE

   The prize is an 200W Solar Blanket with Raptor Skin ("the Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5. PRIZE DRAW

   The winner of the Prize will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period. The decision of iTechworld will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

   The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

7. DATA PRIVACY

   By entering the Giveaway, you consent to iTechworld and its partners collecting, storing and using your personal data for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with iTechworld's Privacy Policy. You agree to subscribe to iTechworld and their partners' email database.

8. GENERAL

   iTechworld reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

   Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Giveaway will be ineligible for the Prize and may be subject to prosecution.

   By entering the Giveaway, you accept full responsibility for ensuring your entry and accepting the Prize (if you are a winner) complies with local laws in your place of residence.

   These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which iTechworld is based.
