When does the Black Friday sale run?

The sale runs from 23rd October to 27th November 2026. Discounts apply automatically for the full period or until stock runs out, whichever comes first.

Is the sale on in store as well as online?

Yes. The same Black Friday pricing applies online and in our Burswood and Forrestdale stores in WA. If you’d rather see the gear in person and talk it through with someone who uses it, come in.

Do I need a discount code?

No code needed for sale pricing. It’s already applied, so the price you see is the price you pay. Some extra Vault deals may use a code. When they do, we’ll share it by email and on the site on the day.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Afterpay and Zip are available at checkout on sale items, same as any other order. Choose your option at the payment step and follow the prompts.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, then take 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending on where you are. Black Friday is our busiest time of year, so allow a little extra time. Your exact estimate shows at checkout, and you can see delivery timeframes for your state.

Can I return something I bought on sale?

Yes. 30 day change of mind returns. Store credit, conditions apply. If something’s faulty, it’s covered by our warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. View our Returns Policy here.

Is the warranty different on sale items?

No. Sale items come with the same iTechworld warranty as full price, plus your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Most products carry a 12 month warranty, and some carry longer, so check the product page for yours. Read the warranty policy here.
