I haven’t had occasion to use it to jumpstart any vehicles yet but I carry it with me everywhere and use it as a battery pack to charge various devices I use. I love it’s compact size, light weight and it’s fast charging capability. It also charges very rapidly itself from both its own 230 Volt charger and via usb cable from 12 volt sources. I liked it well enough that I bought a second one as a gift for one of my sons :-).

I bought this little beastie as something to put in my wife's car boot, as a just in case. Funnily enough within days of receiving it, a guy came wandering in to our property (rural) saying that he couldn't start his car after he had turned it off and had a much needed snooze. Rather than getting my spare battery and jumper leads, I got the little itech400A out of my wife's car, got the guy to hop in my car, went to where his Falcon was (about 4kms from my home) and using the 400A I had his car started in about 60 seconds flat. As I waved him off, I told him to get his battery and car electrics tested ASAP and to get on to iTECHWORLD and order his own jump starter.
This is a great bit of kit, for very little money, so thank you iTECH.

Bought the 400 for its small size. Is going in back pak for dirt bike riding. Had a flat battery on klr650. Great chance to try it. Started the bike twice with no problems. Still showed full battery power after. Would have to say I'm impressed. Beats carrying small jumper leads and doubles for back up phone battery. Thumbs up.

Can't say much about the iTech400A as I have not had reason to use it yet. The unit is kept in my car just in case, you never know when another motorist may need a jump start, or the grandies may want to run some LED fairy lights. I must say it is a very neat little unit well packaged in an attractive padded vinyl zipped pouch with a number of accessories and cables. Have used my other iTech900A to run a car fridge for a few hours, also to run a small 12V air cooler with no problems. If the 400A performs as well I'll be really impressed.
