Return Label

Need to make a return? No problem. We can provide an Australia Post return label that can cover an iTechworld product weighing up to 22kg. The price of the Australia Post return label is just $35.

If you are returning more than one box/product, you will need to purchase a label for each box/product.

Instructions

1. Click "add to cart".

2. Select the number of return labels required.

3. Click "Check out".

4. Fill in your address details.

5. Enter the order number of the product you are returning in the "Company" field of the address.

6. Click continue to payment and pay for the label(s).

7. Please allow up to 24 hours for the label to come via email.

8. Print the label off and attach it to the product's packaging that you are returning.

9. Take the product with the label attached on the packaging to your local Post Office and they will take care of the rest.

Sadly I had to utilise the warranty returns, and the pre paid Aus Post label was great to help with that - I was sending the 3000W Inverter from Longreach Qld. The post pack was great, easy to arrange through iTechWorld, and tracking to ensure it was received. The warranty process was exceptional.

It was easy I had a problem with my BC40 Charger I got online purchased a return post label for $35 went to the post office they packaged it up and sent it away and all I had to do is wait for a new one to arrive.happy days But I’m not sure if I should be paying for the return postage for a product that was faulty other than that I’m happy with the whole return process

What great method of organising a return, simply purchase an Australian Post Return Label through your account with Itechworld. Once your article has an authorised return number you print the label, attach it to the article and post it. You are able to track it from the time it is registered at an Australia Post Office until it reaches it's destination at Perth. Good Stuff Itechworld

I had an issue with my itechworld BC40 charger. After extended discussions with Sam the charger was returned to WA for analysis and found to be faulty. The replacement BC40 was shipped to me very promptly. It's their lithium specific 40 amp charger and so far it appears to be doing the job. I have a number of their products on our van and LC200 and they are all working beautifully.

To cut a long store short I had a Itech 2000w inverter that had died, the unit was out of warranty but had very little use because of covid, after a couple of emails back and forth with Ian (manger) it was replaced with a new unit, very good outcome. Thanks again Ian

Waiting patiently for the power bank return. I received a phone call last Monday week to advise me repairs done, we will get it back to you. I telephoned several times on Wednesday to check on the tracking for the unit, I was advised, we will attempt to get it moving for you. A little disappointed with communication to the store, on hold, transferred to someone else that rings out. Now a warranty claim, $30 to post it back, no priority on an expensive purchase. I have probably spent over $5k with itech world, an important purchase to go off grid, maybe I will stick with my Optima batteries. Hopefully this will be resolved asap. Garry GILCRIST
