I received the Aus Post label on 2/8/24 and it all worked very well.
I returned the item on 5/8/24 and according to Aust post it was delivered to you on 9/8/24.
That was one month ago and I have not received any acknowledgement from you that you have received it and no communication about repairing or replacing it.

I think it would be good if those who have to return a product under warranty and need to purchase a $35 return label as part of your warranty system at least got a refund or credit when the product was found to be faulty. You have apparently fixed my JS80 and sent it back to my home address even though I specified an address in QLD for it to be returned to. None the less thanks for fixing it and I will see it in 3 months when I get back to Victoria. Not a lot of use while on the road however. Just don’t think customers should have to bear the cost of returning a faulty product. Other than that keep up the good work and love your products.

I bought an iTechworld 120x about 6 months ago it worked perfectly then one day it stopped working. I rang iTechworld and explained the situation, they sent me a return post sticker and I returned the faulty battery. It was replaced immediately with a new battery.

It was easy I had a problem with my BC40 Charger I got online purchased a return post label for $35 went to the post office they packaged it up and sent it away and all I had to do is wait for a new one to arrive.happy days

What great method of organising a return, simply purchase an Australian Post Return Label through your account with Itechworld. Once your article has an authorised return number you print the label, attach it to the article and post it. You are able to track it from the time it is registered at an Australia Post Office until it reaches it's destination at Perth.

I had an issue with my itechworld BC40 charger. After extended discussions with Sam the charger was returned to WA for analysis and found to be faulty. The replacement BC40 was shipped to me very promptly. It's their lithium specific 40 amp charger and so far it appears to be doing the job. I have a number of their products on our van and LC200 and they are all working beautifully.
