$50 EXTRA50 Voucher – Terms & Conditions

  • Promotion Offer
    Customers who apply the promotional code EXTRA50 at checkout will receive $50 off the eligible transaction, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Promotion Period
    The promotion is valid from the time of issue until 11:59pm (AWST) Sunday 11 January.

The voucher must be applied at the time of purchase.

    No backdating or retrospective application is permitted.

    Minimum Spend Requirement
    A minimum spend of $99 per transaction is required to redeem the voucher.
    The minimum spend is calculated after any product-level discounts and before shipping, unless otherwise stated.

    Redemption Channels
    The voucher is valid for redemption online, over the phone and in-store during the promotion period.

    Usage Limits
    Limit of one (1) redemption per order.
    The voucher cannot be applied after an order has been placed, including via refunds, partial refunds, credits, price adjustments, or manual overrides.
    The voucher is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be reissued once used or expired.

    Discount Combinations
    The EXTRA50 voucher may be used in conjunction with product-level discounts, order-level discounts, and shipping discounts, unless otherwise specified.

    Exclusions
    The voucher cannot be used:
    On prior or existing purchases
    On quotes already issued
    On gift cards
    As a refund, credit, or price adjustment for previous transactions

    Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
    If an order using the EXTRA50 voucher is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the voucher value is forfeited and will not be reissued or credited, in whole or in part.

    Availability & Stock
    All redemptions are subject to stock availability. No rainchecks apply.

    Amendment or Withdrawal
    The promotion may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, system error, or unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with applicable consumer law.


    Australian Consumer Law
    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


    General
    Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

    1. General

    iTechworld reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. All orders remain subject to iTechworld’s standard Terms and Conditions.

    2. Offer Conditions

    • This offer is valid only while stocks last.
    • The promotion cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
    • No rainchecks or product holds will be issued.
    • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

    3. Eligibility

    Free shipping is available on qualifying products ordered during the promotional period. Orders must be placed and paid for within the promotion dates to be eligible.

    4. Delivery Timeframes

    Estimated delivery times are subject to carrier availability and service capacity. iTechworld is not liable for any delays resulting from:

    • Carrier disruptions or delays,
    • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer,
    • Customs clearance delays, or
    • Events outside iTechworld’s control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, or public holidays).

    5. Order Processing & Modifications

    • Free shipping on standard courier rates will be applied automatically at checkout for eligible orders.
    • If an order is modified after submission (e.g., item removed or exchanged), iTechworld reserves the right to revoke free shipping if the order no longer qualifies.
    • Orders cannot be held or delayed for future dispatch within the promotion window.
