iTechworld 20th Birthday Sale Terms and Conditions

1. General

iTechworld reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. All orders remain subject to iTechworld's standard Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer Conditions

The 20th Birthday Sale runs from Thursday 1 October 2026 to 11:59pm AWST on Wednesday 21 October 2026.

  • Offers are valid while stocks last.
  • Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  • No rainchecks or product holds will be issued.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotional pricing is available online, in store, and over the phone.

3. 20 Days of Deals

Deals are released progressively across the promotion period.

  • Each deal is available only for the period stated on the iTechworld website at the time that deal is published.
  • Once a deal period has closed, that deal will not be reinstated and its pricing cannot be applied to later orders.
  • Deals are limited by available stock and may end earlier than stated if stock sells out.
  • iTechworld reserves the right to vary, substitute, or withdraw any individual deal without prior notice.

4. 48 Hour Super Deals

Selected Super Deals run across the promotion period for a strictly limited window.

  • Each Super Deal runs for 48 hours from the start time published for that deal and closes automatically at the end of that window.
  • Super Deals cannot be extended, reopened, or honoured after they have closed.
  • Super Deal pricing cannot be applied to orders placed before the deal opened or after it has closed.
  • Super Deals are limited by available stock and may sell out before the 48 hour window ends.

5. Product & Pricing

  • Discounts and promotional pricing apply to selected products only.
  • Promotional pricing is valid only for the duration of the 20th Birthday Sale.
  • Once the promotion ends, pricing will revert to standard retail pricing.
  • Promotional pricing applies to the product only and does not include delivery charges unless stated.

6. Golden Ticket

Those terms set out the promotional period, eligibility, how winners are determined, and how prizes are claimed and paid.

7. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping applies automatically to eligible orders of $1,399 or more delivered within Australia.
  • The following products are excluded from free shipping: iTECH400X PRO, RB6.5, PS3600 PRO, EB3840, iFROST 95L, iTECH300SS, iTECH300X, iTECH300US.
  • Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Upgraded or express services are charged at the rate quoted at checkout.

8. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are subject to carrier availability and service capacity. iTechworld is not liable for delays resulting from:

  • Carrier disruptions or delays
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Events outside iTechworld's control (including extreme weather, strikes, or public holidays)

9. Order Processing & Modifications

  • Any applicable promotional offers, including discounts, free shipping, or Bonus Gifts, will be applied automatically at checkout on eligible orders.
  • If an order is modified after submission (e.g. items removed or exchanged), iTechworld reserves the right to revoke promotional benefits if eligibility criteria are no longer met.
  • Orders cannot be held or delayed for future dispatch within the promotion window.

10. Eligibility

  • The promotion applies to selected products only, while stocks last.
  • The promotion is open to customers purchasing online, in store, or over the phone during the promotion period.

11. 20th Birthday Adventure Competition

12. Exclusions

  • This promotion does not apply to all products on the iTechworld website.
  • The promotion excludes the purchase of gift cards.
  • Free shipping, discounts, Bonus Gifts, or other promotional offers cannot be combined with this promotion unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional pricing does not apply to orders placed before or after the promotion period.

13. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Products purchased during this promotion carry the same manufacturer warranty and the same statutory guarantees as products purchased at any other time.
