Terms & Conditions

1. General

iTechworld reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. All orders remain subject to iTechworld’s standard Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer Conditions

The Jumper Starter & Generator Sale runs until Sunday 22nd Feb 11:59pm (AWST).

  • Offers are valid while stocks last.
  • Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  • No rainchecks or product holds will be issued.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise stated.

Generator Cover Gift With Purchase (GWP)

Customers who purchase any of the following eligible generators during the promotional period will receive the corresponding protective cover free of charge, while stocks last:

  • Redback RB2 2000W 2.0KVA Generator

  • Redback RB4.5 4500W 4.5KVA Generator

  • Redback RB3.5 3500W 3.5KVA Generator

The Generator + Cover GWP promotion runs until Sunday 22nd February at 11:59pm (AWST) and ends at the same time as the Jumper Starter Sale, unless withdrawn earlier.

The protective cover will be automatically added to cart with qualifying generator purchases and applied at checkout. The offer is valid on selected generator models only and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or substituted for any other product. No rainchecks apply.

If an order containing an eligible generator is cancelled, refunded, or returned, the protective cover must also be returned in unused condition. If the cover is not returned, iTechworld reserves the right to deduct the recommended retail value of the cover from the refund amount.

This offer is subject to stock availability and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise stated.

3. Product & Pricing

  • Discounts and promotional pricing apply to selected products only.
  • Promotional pricing is valid only for the duration of the Summer Solar Sale period.
  • Once the promotion ends, pricing will revert to standard retail pricing.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are subject to carrier availability and service capacity. iTechworld is not liable for delays resulting from:

  • Carrier disruptions or delays
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Events outside iTechworld’s control (including extreme weather, strikes, or public holidays)

5. Order Processing & Modifications

  • Any applicable promotional offers, including discounts, free shipping, or Bonus Gifts, will be applied automatically at checkout on eligible orders.
  • If an order is modified after submission (e.g. items removed or exchanged), iTechworld reserves the right to revoke promotional benefits if eligibility criteria are no longer met.
  • Orders cannot be held or delayed for future dispatch within the promotion window.

6. Eligibility

The promotion applies to selected products only, while stocks last.

7. Exclusions

  • This promotion does not apply to all products on the iTechworld website.
  • The promotion excludes the purchase of gift cards.
  • Free shipping, discounts, Bonus Gifts, or other promotional offers cannot be combined with this promotion unless explicitly stated.

GIFT20 PROMOTION: 

Customers who apply the promotional code GIFT20 at checkout will receive $20 off the eligible transaction, subject to these Terms & Conditions. 

Promotion Period 
The promotion is valid from the time of issue until 11.59 pm (AWST) Thursday, 12h February. 
The voucher must be applied at the time of purchase. 
No backdating or retrospective application is permitted. 

Minimum Spend Requirement 
A minimum spend of $199 per transaction is required to redeem the voucher. 
The minimum spend is calculated after any product-level discounts and before shipping, unless otherwise stated. 

Redemption Channels 
The voucher is valid for redemption online, over the phone and in-store during the promotion period. 

Usage Limits 

  • The voucher cannot be applied after an order has been placed, including via refunds, partial refunds, credits, price adjustments, or manual overrides. 

  • The voucher is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be reissued once used or expired. 

Discount Combinations 
The GIFT20 voucher may be used in conjunction with product-level discounts, order-level discounts, and shipping discounts, unless otherwise specified. 

Exclusions 
The voucher cannot be used: 

  • On prior or existing purchases 

  • On quotes already issued 

  • On gift cards 

  • As a refund, credit, or price adjustment for previous transactions 

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds 
If an order using the GIFT20 voucher is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the voucher value is forfeited and will not be reissued or credited, in whole or in part. 

Availability & Stock 
All redemptions are subject to stock availability. No rainchecks apply. 

Amendment or Withdrawal 
The promotion may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, system error, or unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with applicable consumer law. 

Australian Consumer Law 
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 

General 
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
