How long do deep cycle batteries typically last?

Lithium deep cycle batteries like ours can last 7 to 10 years or more with regular use. They can typically handle over 2,000 full charge/discharge cycles.

How to install a lithium deep cycle battery?

All our deep cycle batteries are made to be quick and simple to get up and running. However, installation depends on your setup, but in most cases:

Is there any downside to using deep cycle batteries?

The only real trade-off is cost. Lithium deep cycle batteries are more expensive upfront than lead-acid or AGM, however they last far longer, weigh less, and offer more usable capacity, so you end up saving in the long run.

How long will a 120Ah deep cycle battery last?

It depends on your load. If you're running a 60W fridge that uses 5 amps per hour, a 120Ah lithium deep cycle battery could run it for around 24 hours before needing a recharge.

Is it okay to charge a deep cycle battery with a regular charger?

Not all chargers are compatible. We recommend using a dedicated lithium charger or a multi-stage smart charger like those found in our 12V battery charger range.
