iTECH24V100

Deep Cycle Lithium Battery

24V 100Ah

The iTECH24V100 is made for high-demand 24V systems. This includes inverters up to 2400W, electric trolling motors, caravan air conditioners, and advanced 4WD or marine setups with multiple appliances.

Thanks to the 100A continuous discharge and A-grade lithium cells, powering heavy-draw vehicles smoothly and safely is easy. This means our 24v lithium battery is the perfect addition to caravanners, vanlifers, and tradies who count on dependable energy.

The Redback™ Operating System manages charge and discharge cycles with precision. It balances voltage, current, and temperature in real time so that every cell remains protected. The result; a longer battery lifespan, consistent output, and improved safety when compared to standard lithium batteries.

Yes. Our 24 volt lithium battery is engineered for Australia’s harsh climates. It doesn’t matter if your adventure takes you to coastal frost or desert heat, the smart Battery Management System (BMS) adjusts charging and discharge rates automatically.

The cell balancing system keeps each cell equal in charge and voltage. This is important because it prevents strain on individual cells, reduces wear, and extends the life of your 24 volt lithium battery. For off-grid travellers and professionals who depend on consistent power, you can expect a system that won’t let you down.

Call on series connections to boost voltage (e.g., two 24V batteries to form a 48V system for marine or high-power inverter setups) and use parallel connections to increase capacity (e.g., two 24V 100Ah batteries for 200Ah). Remember: Always confirm your inverter, charger, and cables are rated for your configuration.

Shield against sudden voltage spikes thanks to fast surge protection and automatic current regulation. Combined with the rugged, vibration-resistant casing, you get a solution that performs flawlessly in 4WDs, caravans, and boats.

Using your 24v lithium battery outside the rated temperature range will shorten the lifespan and reduce output. If the internal temperature gets too high, the BMS enters protection mode where it will pause operation until it cools to a safe level. This keeps you and your system protected.

The iTECH24V100 has a much lower environmental impact. Its LiFePO4 chemistry is non-toxic, highly efficient, and lasts up to 10x longer than lead-acid. Fewer replacements mean less waste. It also charges faster, using energy more effectively in solar or vehicle-based systems.

If the system enters safe mode, disconnect any loads and let it rest for a few minutes. If it doesn’t reset automatically, use a compatible charger like the iTECHBC20-24 to safely reactivate it. Stay clear of makeshift “jump-starts” or external power sources as they can damage the internal BMS.

It integrates perfectly with solar power setups. Paired with an MPPT solar charge controller, the iTECH24V100 recharges quickly - even in partial sunlight. Faster charge acceptance means you get more usable energy each day.

No. With a self-discharge rate of ≤2%, it holds charge for months. That makes it a great option for seasonal storage, caravans, or backup systems. Store it at 50–70% charge and top up every few months for long-term results that won’t let you down.

We created the IP67 waterproof X-Range version specifically for marine use and external caravan mounting. This solution has been sealed against dust and water using corrosion-resistant connectors. Install it in a dry, ventilated area, away from direct salt spray, and connect it up to marine-grade cabling for a long-term power solution.
