I purchase 2 of these units because the first would not work, Fault flashing red diode. Called IT support and they said send back and they would test. I said I will buy another unit as I needed it for a planned trip. 2nd unit had same fault. Also tried 3 rd party units and got the same faults. Issue is the iTech starter batteries cause these and other units to fault. I assume the BMS on these iTech batteries are the issue.
So I can't give a positive review, still have one new unit in the box but iTech return isn't very good. Have purchased a lot of itech stuff but this may be the last.

The inverter does the job we need it to do. I am unhappy that an important aspect of using it is the need to earth it. No lead is provided to do this, no clear instructions or diagram of how you are meant to. So as yet, we’ve only used it the once, without the earth, only to later read it is essential. This information should be in large lettering on the first page of the instructions, not a few pages in. And the instructions are very vague. My husband has rung to ask advice on this subject. And I think he will have to again.

All good here. Shipment from the west is obviously a little slower than my usual shipping time here in northern NSW, but arrived in reasonable time. Have just successfully bench tested at home simultaneously using two Milwaukee rapidcharges to charge a pair of 5ah batteries. That's a consistent 310W for about half an hour or so. Fan kicked in almost immediately and inverter worked faultlessly to charge both. Obviously time will tell about durability but stoked to be able to charge various items off grid now. Good to have a trusted brand on board for such a potentially hazardous item.

I bought this 400w Pure Sine Wave inverter to run my Starlink Internet System in the caravan. I installed its own power point. I also bought a RC1 Intelligent on/off remote controller. Works well.

So far I’ve bee pretty impressed with Itechworld. Drawn to the local design which is so cool but also the specs I was very interested. Then I saw an introductory special one day in “ The West” and was sold. In this case it was a 2000 amp jump starter. Work bought me a 3000 and unfortunately I lost both in the bush in a car fire. Replaced works one and got an inverter for myself. Without wanting to come across as a fanboy I reckon having anyone in Perth doing design or manufacturing is worth supporting. Thanks.

I used the 400W inverter on a 100Ah lithium battery to power the pumps and aerator for our aquaponics system.

Still in testing mode but so far so good. Works well in our car (gloveboox) to charge up a laptop. Has got us out of a bind more than once. Have to be careful with heavier loads, it seems (was trying two devices with a double-adapter plus USB port) - but very happy overall.

I would love to be able to review my 400w inverter, but the unit that I received looked like it was a second hand unit that was poorly reassembled. I have now been waiting for a while for the replacement, but as I am leaving today on an extended trip, I won't know about this unit for at least, yet, another month.
Would I buy from itech again, probably not. Would I recommend them, my old unit was excellent but I wouldn't be keen to send someone else in case my experience was repeated. Shame, as I bought front them because the unit is made in Australia.
