All-in-One Complete System

The iTechworld Mini Power Core is a compact, all-in-one 12V power distribution system purpose built for canopies, ute trays, and touring setups. Prewired and ready to go, it brings together everything you need to run a full accessory setup without the time, cost, or complexity of a custom install. Connect your auxiliary battery via the 175A Anderson plug and the DCDC INS Kit for vehicle side wiring, and your 12V system is ready to run.

ALL-IN-ONE PLUG AND PLAY SOLUTION

The Mini Power Core combines a 40A DCDC charger, 8-gang switch panel, advanced battery monitor, and 500A shunt into a single, pre-wired industrial-grade unit. No custom internal wiring, no separate components to mount inside your setup, no guesswork. Connect your auxiliary battery via the 175A Anderson plug and the DCDC INS Kit handles the vehicle side connections your 12V system is ready to run.  

BUILT-IN 40A DCDC CHARGING

The integrated iTECHDCDC40 charges your auxiliary battery from your alternator while you drive and automatically switches to solar input when the vehicle stops. Compatible with 12V and 24V standard alternators, smart alternators (with ignition cable), and unregulated solar panels up to 32V so your battery is always being replenished from the best available source.

500A ADVANCED BATTERY MONITOR

The built-in iTECHBM500 provides real time state of charge (SOC) and power usage information at a glance. You can see exactly how much power you have left and monitor system performance under load, ensuring you always know your battery's status and can plan your activities in advance. 

8-GANG SWITCH PANEL WITH RGB BACKLIGHT

Take full control of your accessories with the built-in 8-gang switch panel. Each line is individually fused with customisable RGB backlighting and adjustable brightness, making it easy to use in any conditions day or night, at camp or on arrival.

100W USB-C OUTPUT

With a 100W USB-C output, the Mini Power Core can power a Starlink Mini, charge a laptop, or run any high-draw USB-C device directly. 

POWER UP TO 17 DEVICES AT ONCE

Eight switched accessory lines, five 50A Anderson outputs, positive and negative terminals, a 12V cigarette lighter, USB, and USB-C give you the flexibility to run a full accessory setup from one unit. Heavy gauge copper wiring and auto-resettable fuse protection keep everything running safely.

THREE MOUNTING ORIENTATIONS

The Mini Power Core supports upright, left-side, and right-side mounting to suit any canopy or vehicle configuration. All mounting hardware is included in the box, and three cable routing grommets (top and rear) keep your install clean and protected.

OPTIONAL AC CHARGING, NEATLY INTEGRATED

Pre-drilled mounting points on the side of the unit allow the optional iTECHBC40 40A AC charger to bolt directly onto the Mini Power Core with no external bracket required.
