I bought the charging cable with my purchase of the Itech 300Pro. It does what is was designed for. There are no issues with it, but from a design standpoint, I would prefer the 2 wires to be sealed in an outer protective sheath for long term use protection, like my other solar cables. Good product.

I bought the power pack Itech 500. It works really well on my 12V Fridge. We went out for three nights and the power pack lasted all that time with about 20% power still left!

The Anderson plug to 5mm input plug was required to recharge my iTech500 lithium portable power station via a solar panel. I would like to state that iTechworld went over and above with their after sales support. My first iTech500 went missing in transit and they bent over backwards to dispatch another unit via a different carrier, when investigations revealed the first unit went missing. I hope the five finger discount courier enjoys the product as it is an excellent product. I would deal with iTechworld again.

Received my item fairly promptly. It works but is quite loose in the connection to the box itself which causes the signal too drop out if the box is bumped. Otherwise happy.

Unit was faulty. Spring at the rear of the fuse was jammed causing a high resistance contact and overheating. Unit worked satisfactorily once the problem was rectified.
