Black Friday FAQs

When does the Black Friday sale run?
The sale runs from 23 October to 30 November 2026. Discounts apply automatically for the full period or until stock runs out, whichever comes first.

Is the sale on in store as well as online?
Yes. The same Black Friday pricing applies online and in our Burswood and Forrestdale stores in WA. If you’d rather see the gear in person and talk it through with someone who uses it, come in.

Do I need a discount code?
No code needed. Sale pricing is already applied to every product in the sale, so the price you see is the price you pay at checkout.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Afterpay and Zip are available at checkout on sale items, same as any other order. Choose your option at the payment step and follow the prompts.

Can I combine the sale price with another discount or code?
Black Friday pricing can’t be used with other promotional codes or offers. The sale price is already the discounted price, so there’s nothing further to apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, then 3 to 7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Black Friday is our busiest period of the year, so allow a little longer than usual.

Can I return something I bought on sale?
Yes. Sale items are covered by our standard returns process, same as any other order. Read the full details in our returns policy

Is the warranty different on sale items?
No. Sale items carry the same manufacturer warranty as they would at full price, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply either way. Warranty length varies by product, so check the warranty listed on the individual product page.
