Worth it for the peace of mind.
I've run my Dreamstation with humidifier for one whole night on the Medicharge, which is impressive and great to know it's there for unexpected outages, especially with a range of recharging options. It's completely silent and great that it will run 12v or 24v so can be used with my travel CPAP too, and would no doubt run that for a few nights. I wouldn't take it on holidays if I had the ability to recharge every day (there are lighter options out there for that) but camping or other situations where recharging might not be reliable it's a fantastic option.
