This ultra-trim lithium unit packs 276Wh into a compact, carry-friendly casing, so you can keep your machine running all night or charge your phone, laptop, and accessories during the day. A simple LED display shows the state of charge at a glance, while the four-button voltage selector lets you choose between 12V, 16.5V, 19V and 24V outputs in seconds.

Charge on the move via solar, USB-C or AC mains – the pass-through capability even lets you power your CPAP while the Medicharge Flex recharges.     Good product, but capacity exceeds airline limits.

    This is a good product. I can get two nights power for my resmed airsense 10 if I turn off tube heating and reduce humidity to lowest level (apart from off). Great for camping but it is no good for air travel as its 276Wh capacity exceeds the 160Wh limit for air passenger luggage.

    The lighter weight would work better for an overnight hiking trip too.

    I wish Itechworld would make a smaller 160Wh unit that could be taken onboard an aircraft.

    Excellent high power battery

    I bought this as a power bank for two Mac laptops. It runs both simultaneously for over two days and can wirelessly charge phones at the same time.

    I love that it has pass through charging so you can leave it plugged in to mains power and it acts as a UPS too.

    It also has 12-16-19 and 24 volt output and this is perfect for operating my telescopes.

    Very clean looking unit that feels premium quality.

    Solar charging works very well too and it comes with all the adapters you need.

    Overall very happy so far and would highly recommend.

    CPAP Battery

    I purchased this to run my Resmed machine. After charging the unit for a day I then ran the Resmed overnight. The battery lasted about ten hours and went from 100 to 3 percent in that time. I don't know how long it would take to charge the battery using a Solar Panel but if you use a portable generator, then you could charge the battery and then use it to a CPAP overnight. Apart from running my CPAP I have used the battery to keep my phone and watch topped up for about four days. For me the purchase was worth it because you have the option to charge more items than just a CPAP.
