Yes, you can charge and discharge simultaneously with an iTechworld lithium battery.
How does the Bluetooth monitoring feature work?
The iTECH120X PRO has an internal battery monitoring system with Bluetooth and is compatible with the iTechConnect Battery Management App. The iTechConnect app allows you to access real-time key information on the current status of your battery, including voltage, current capacity, and temperature.
Can I use my iTechworld lithium storage battery under the bonnet?
The iTECH120X PRO, can be used under the bonnet, but we recommend wrapping the battery in a heat shield. The battery is designed to withstand harsh conditions, including vibrations and temperature variations, making it suitable for under-bonnet use.

The only time you should not mount the battery under the bonnet is if the battery is going to be situated close to the vehicle’s turbo or if the battery you are using is not waterproof.
Can I mount the iTECH120X PRO on its side?
Yes, iTechworld batteries can be mounted on their side, they cannot be mounted upside down.
How do I store my iTechworld lithium storage battery?
- Charge the battery to a resting voltage of 13.2-13.5v.
- Store the battery in a dry cool environment away from any moisture or humidity.
- Check the battery voltage (State of Charge or SOC) every 3 months and top up if required.
- Do not store the battery in direct sunlight.
Storing the battery at approx. 70% SOC charge will maintain its health and longevity. As iTechworld integrated a high-spec Battery Management System (BMS) into the battery, it manages the charge and discharge cycles, ensuring the battery maintains voltage over time.
How long will a 120Ah lithium battery last before it needs recharging?
If the iTECH120X PRO with Bluetooth has a load such as a 12V camping fridge, it will run for up to 150 hours, depending on the fridge's efficiency and power consumption (typically around 0.8-2 amps per hour). If the battery has no load, it can hold its voltage for an impressive length of time, as all iTechworld lithium batteries have a low self-discharge rate, usually around 2-3% per month, losing minimal charge when not in use.

Featuring a three-pin 50 amp Anderson-style connector with ignition wire, the Plug & Play DCDC Wiring Kit is designed with the user in mind. Our premium plug-and-play kit makes installation a breeze. The kit has been carefully crafted for easy DIY fitting and now includes a pre-installed 80amp Maxifuse for added convenience.

The new and improved wiring kit also features a three-pin 50 amp Anderson-style plug, making it completely plug-and-play for any system that uses Anderson connectors for charging input. With our 80amp Maxifuse cable pre-installed into six meters of heavy-duty 8 B&S cable, the wiring kit provides 50A of circuit protection.

The built-in ignition wire into the three-pin Anderson connector allows for even easier installation, removing the need to run multiple cables through your vehicle. This cable is pre-crimped with Anderson connector terminals, making it easy to run through holes and grommets. Once the cable is run, clip the Three Pin Anderson connector on.
