May at iTechworld has been non-stop—packed with a new product launch, trade show appearances, and fresh content to fuel your next adventure! From unveiling the latest gear to meeting you face-to-face on the road (and connecting online), we couldn’t be more excited to showcase everything we’ve achieved together!

NEW PRODUCTS:

As part of our May launch, we’re proud to unveil the 400W PRO Solar Blanket—our most powerful and efficient solar blanket to date. Built for Australian conditions, this unit delivers serious off-grid charging performance while remaining portable and easy to use.

With 400W of output, the PRO Solar Blanket is ideal for powering larger setups, charging your batteries quicker than you thought possible, and supporting energy-intensive devices. Whether you're off-road, on the road, or setting up camp in remote areas, this blanket has the capacity to keep you going longer.

Despite its impressive power, it folds down easily for transport and storage, with high-efficiency, A-grade monocrystalline cells delivering reliable performance even in less-than-perfect sunlight. It also features Anderson plugs that make integration with your existing iTechworld gear straightforward and hassle-free, including with our MPPT controllers!

Sturdy but lightweight, the 400W PRO Solar Blanket is designed to meet the needs of adventurers like you. It offers greater power, flexibility, and more moments spent on the activities you enjoy—without any sacrifices!

TRADE SHOWS:

May was an exciting month for iTechworld on the trade show circuit, as per usual! It brought us fantastic opportunities to connect directly with our amazing customers and fellow industry peers.

We started our month in trade shows off at the NSW Caravan Camping Holiday Supershow, held from April 29th to May 4th. This premier event drew a diverse crowd of outdoor enthusiasts, and our booth quickly became the focal point of conversation. Our team walked visitors through real-world applications of our gear, highlighting how it simplifies setup, boosts reliability, and keeps off-grid plans on track.

Shortly after, we headed to Agfest Field Days in Tasmania, from May 1st to the 3rd. This key agricultural and outdoor gathering brought together everyone from livestock graziers and crop farmers to overland travellers—people who depend on rock-solid power in the field. Our team ran demonstrations of portable solar panels and lithium battery packs, showcasing real-world setups for farm machinery, remote fencing, and weekend campsites. We also hosted informal Q&A sessions, where attendees shared their toughest power supply challenges and helped us identify new ways to tailor our products for rural use.

Rounding out the month, we participated in the Wanneroo Ready 4 Adventure Show from May 9th to 11th. As a hub for Western Australia’s outdoor community, the event offered the ideal chance to showcase our latest products and discuss their real-world benefits with local adventurers. Visitors explored our durable lithium batteries and powerful solar solutions, sharing how our solutions integrate seamlessly into their camping setups.

The connections we’ve made and the insights we’ve gained during May have strengthened our dedication to continuous improvement, ensuring our customers are always ready for their next great journey.

NEW CONTENT:

It’s been a busy month in terms of content! We’ve had a few new entries into the iTechworld YouTube lineup!

First is Off Grid with Emma George—a brand-new series led by seasoned adventurer and off-grid expert Emma George. With more than 20 years of experience criss-crossing Australia’s most remote and beautiful landscapes, Emma brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the table. In each episode, she shares her top travel tips, trusted routines, and clever tricks for making off-grid camping more efficient, enjoyable, and self-reliant. From staying powered in the bush to making camp life more simple and sustainable, Emma’s advice is grounded in real-world experience and powered by iTechworld.

Next up is Watt the Tech! with Richard Nicholls—your go-to series for clear, practical insights into anything and everything iTechworld. With years of hands-on technical knowledge and a knack for simplifying concepts, Richard delves deeply into the complexities of our gear. From product features and detailed specifications to performance testing and real-world applications, he covers it all in a way that’s accessible and genuinely useful. Whether you're weighing options for your next upgrade, setting up a new system from scratch, or simply curious about how our technology works in the field, Richard’s thoughtful explanations and no-nonsense approach will help you navigate your choices with confidence.

Finally, Max Zappas and friends take us through a beautifully shot installation of their ideal off-grid system in a Toyota Coaster—a real-world example of iTechworld gear hitting the road. From placement to aesthetics, the video provides a practical look at how our products come together to form a fully integrated mobile power solution. You’ll see high-output solar panels neatly arrayed on the roof, a slim battery bank secured beneath the bench seat for optimal space and weight distribution, and the inverter and control hub mounted within easy reach. The video’s mix of shots and sequences highlights not just where each component sits, but why it belongs there, maximising efficiency, ventilation, and accessibility. By the end of the walkthrough, you get a clear, real-world blueprint for building a cohesive mobile power system that balances performance, reliability, and practical design.

Behind the lens, our main media man, Lockie, has been hard at work—not just producing fresh episodes and shorts for our growing digital lineup, but also capturing the action at live events. Whether it’s showcasing the latest setups at trade shows or highlighting our team in action, Lockie’s been bringing the iTechworld experience to life across every platform.

As always, stay tuned! We can't wait to share with you what we've been doing in June!
